Stephen Barter conceived NXD in 2007, prior to that he was an experienced senior executive working with such well known names as Philips Electronics, Salisbury’s and John Menzies to name but a few.
Our client is always the business leader, the individual who is responsible for the day to day management of the business. On occasions, we will work with the entire leadership team to ensure buy in right across the organisation. Our clients tend to fall into three main categories: owner-managed businesses typically under £25m in turnover; non-quoted corporates typically over £25m in turnover and quoted companies up to £100m in turnover.
Generally we advise and guide the management team. In this way the individuals and the team gain firsthand experience and any new processes become engrained in the way the company operates.
We operate throughout the UK and on occasions in Europe or further afield and our clients often want our help with one of following:
