Andy is a seasoned senior Operations and Technology focused business executive with extensive experience, primarily in the finance and payments industries, having held Global, European, and UK national roles during a 33 year career with American Express Company. He has also held roles with Continental Oil, Chase Bank, and Kraft Foods.

Andy’s core strength is the ability to work effectively in the area between “pure” business and “pure” Operations and Technology. He has extensive experience of establishing and creating a strategic direction and plan, of obtaining organisation-wide buy-in, and of developing and leading the executional team as the plan is realised.

Andy has wide experience of coaching, developing, and mentoring high-potential staff as they approach senior positions. He also served (2008-2011) as Board Director of AlphaCard, the joint venture between American Express and BNP in Belgium and Luxembourg.
