Chris is an acknowledged business and information systems professional with a breath of technical, commercial, industry and territorial knowledge and experience, most notably in online and digital environments. For 20+ years, he has been helping businesses grow through insight, creativity and relationship building.
Over this time, Chris has gained extensive experience in helping businesses of all sizes develop many aspects of their digital transformation from digital product development and internal systems alignment through to ecommerce and CRM development and implementation. He has done this across many sectors including, Education, Fashion, Retail, Media, Insurance and Healthcare.
Throughout his career he has been involved in a large number of significant software development projects, software project management, digital strategy development, audits and deployments, as well as M&A technology due diligence and managing change through post-merger integration.
He has worked with start-ups (including his own), large corporates and everything in between and has seen technology from both sides of the table: as a small business owner and as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a large global business where he was a member of the Executive Board team. His broad all-round technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, software application development and finance give him the ability to communicate to and engage with IT and business stakeholders at all levels.
In a world of endless hype and overblown promises, Chris believes that realism is not an optional extra. Which is why he’ll always tell you what you need to hear, not what he thinks would go down well.
