Howard spent 30 years working for top blue chip companies Sony & Gillette.

With an early background in Finance, he moved on to gain extensive experience in Sales & Marketing and NPD with roles in UK & Germany before progressing via Customer Service to UK Marketing Director with £1billion turnover.

Subsequent roles followed as Managing Director Austria, Chairman Sony Germany and then VP European Sales Strategy where he was responsible for Sony’s own retail arm as well as the business relationship with all Pan European retailers like, Amazon, Dixons, Darty, Carrefour, Auchan.

Howard has also been a Pension Trustee for 8 years and is Chair of the Investment Committee.

Since leaving the corporate world Howard has been involved in setting, establishing and selling an e-commerce business, occasional interim roles and as a voluntary Non Exec .
