John is an experienced European Executive at Group MD/COO level. He has had significant experience and success in growing, managing and developing UK-owned businesses that have European ambitions. He has worked across the Continental Europe with particularly good experience in the Central Eastern European Region where he was responsible during his time with Brammer for six developing country businesses ranging from £3m to £35m turnover.

John’s particular skills include marketing and brand management, business development, people and organisational development, systems and logistics. His experience has been gained in the corporate world, in independent consultancy and in the Public Sector and he is equally comfortable in any of these environments.

In his role with NXD, John specialises in helping international companies or aspiring international companies to develop pan-European solutions to meet their marketing and distribution strategies. He is also happy to work with other small and medium sized organisations in either the public or private sector where his skills and experience can add genuine and significant value.
