Matthew is a transformation leader specialising in industrial manufacturing, with in depth knowledge of plastics, paper and steel products. He has operated at a senior level (Group Managing Director and Divisional CEO) within UK, US and European multi-nationals, both publically and PE owned, as well as helped smaller privately owned companies to transform their financial position and establish a sustainable business growth process.

Matthew has extensive experience in turnarounds and change management, and whilst his business re-engineering skills are fully proven, he firmly believes that only by growing profitable revenues can small – medium sized businesses prosper long term, and his background in increasing sales through M&A, organic/market share growth and new product development will be of value to client companies.

He is available to support businesses both as a Non – Executive, and as an interim/part-time executive. His straightforward results driven style enables him to quickly build strong working relationships with company executives to effect rapid and positive change
