Philip is a seasoned Non-Executive Director & Chairman with extensive executive experience at Director and CEO level; running a profitable SME for 9 years and also part of a successful MBO team.
He specialises in Business Plans, Strategic Direction, Corporate re-structuring, Sales and Marketing, Top Line Revenue, B2B and New Product Development, with diverse market sector expertise including petro-chemicals, manufacturing, print, packaging, logistics and latterly IT & software. His work on New Product Development has seen the innovation of PET, specialised packaging and new flame retardant polymers.
During recent times Philip has been involved with the legal perspective of the logistics industry and using IT to reduce the burden it imposes. He is also a candid general manager understanding the many facets and complexities in running a SME and has taken on several Non Executive roles, not only in an advisory capacity, but also a hands-on approach.
