Richard Avery is a self-starting and motivated, internationally experienced, senior manager/executive who has worked in over 30 countries over the last 25 years. This includes extended periods of time (over 2 years) in countries as diverse as France, Netherlands, US and the Russian Federation. In these, and other, countries he successfully led complex sales and business development opportunities, primarily for large-scale complex services contracts covering a wide range of business sectors. Richard also led teams delivering such services to clients to agreed contract, financial and services parameters.
Richard’s experience also includes project management; problem management; sales and delivery team recruitment, training and mentoring; process re-engineering; complex contract negotiation as well as business and departmental management.
Richard is an able communicator and is skilled in forming client and business relationships at all levels.
He holds an honours degree in International Business Administration combined with post-graduate qualifications in Management and Marketing and currently holds a part-time position teaching practical business skills to undergraduate students.
