Simon is a CEO and Finance leader with a strong sales and marketing background having worked in the software, media sales, broadcast and financial services industries.

Since 1997 Simon has held various pivotal senior roles, handling disposals, MBOs and early stage funding. He led the preparation and negotiation of the sale of a hi-tech business, generating a tenfold return on investment for the Venture Capitalist funding company and essentially taking it from zero to a multi-million dollar trade sale.

His years as a CEO have seen him tasked with restructuring a software company; executing e-commerce strategy to deliver £1.1m for a start up on year 1; and implementing complex distribution and production agreements across 17 countries to optimise quality and profit margins.

It is this breadth of experience that shapes Simon’s dynamic and visionary approach today. It enables him to quickly understand how his clients operate and identify the challenges that they face, whilst always maintaining a keen eye on stakeholder value through growth and maturity phases.
