Victoria is a well qualified, experienced and commercially oriented HR professional. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), and has extensive knowledge of, and practical skills in, both US and UK Employment Law, Human Resource Management, Training & Development and Organisational Development.

She has worked with the boards and senior teams of small companies operating as part of global plcs in manufacturing/engineering businesses with medium and high tech products. /Recent experience includes supporting businesses with reorganisations, expansions and redundancies.

She is available to support businesses both as a Non–Executive, and as an interim executive. Her straightforward, action oriented, results driven style enables her to quickly build strong working relationships with company executives to effect rapid and positive change. /Victoria typically serves as an interim manager at HR director level. She has worked across multi-site companies in the UK, US, and Asia.
