Led the Transformation/Turnaround of several Organisations ranging from small business start-ups to multi-site operations with revenues over £100M.

Particularly skilled at quickly reading a situation, advising and if required implementing a sequenced plan of action to rapidly make a difference toward achieving key goals within cost constraints and skills available.

Fascinated by culture change, people development and Team creation. Particularly keen on giving young inexperienced Team members both skills and confidence to facilitate achievement of greater than initial expectations for both themselves as individuals and collectively for the Team and Business.
