Detailed requirements gathering for key processes, typically: O2C, P2P, R2R, GL, payroll, Fixed Assets, HR, project accounting, time-booking and MI.
Production of Requests for Proposals and distribution to selected vendors / Implementers – scoring of responses and final selection; gaining Board approval; implementation-programme planning and launch.
Change Management: Change impact / readiness / training needs analysis; technical and commercial training; mentoring and communications strategy and delivery. Overcoming resistance to change, soft-skills development and the exploitation of data to help deliver business-strategy.
