Paul is a highly experienced Technical Director within the software industry, with over 30 years of technical, commercial and senior management experience in a variety of roles. Leading large and small teams, to create and deploy software products, covering markets that include healthcare, telecoms, finance, HR and IT management. Paul has a wide breadth of knowledge and experience across various technologies, platforms and software and uses this experience to ensure the most effective business decisions are made.

Throughout his career Paul has gained an excellent understanding of all aspects of business and how the requirements of other departments; sales, marketing, finance and operations, can be delivered through technology. Applying his core technical and functional expertise in software strategy, development tools and processes to deliver exceptional business solutions. Paul uses his wide experience of different markets; both private and public (including the health sector), to enable the correct technology decisions to be made, matching the needs of the business to the market. This includes the successful re-design and re-development of core business legacy applications using new technologies.

Through several business roles, Paul has built and led (from startup) multi-disciplined, multi-site and multi-cultural teams of technical and non-technical people, across the UK, Europe, Asia and North America.

As a Non Executive Director, Paul concentrates on helping SMEs achieve their various goals and above all he is absolutely focused on adding value and bringing an independent perspective to the portfolio of businesses with which he works.
